More than a stage, NMF is once in a life time experience and in its kind arguably the biggest and unique in South Asia!
Since 2012, NMF has proven to be one of the progressive youth platform in Nepal in engaging diverse youths in a real hands-on-project in accelerating the importance of 'engage, learn and deliver' inspiration. The root of the NMF idea began when the founders of the festival started doing small social events both in Nepal and Denmark and later NMF evolved as a major music, art and cultural hub. NMF has proven to be the unique platform in connecting and collaborating youths, musicians, artists, activists, social front-runners, entrepreneurs, thinkers, innovators and change makers in sparking ideas and innovation in social, cultural entrepreneurship, music and art domain.
The core value of the festival stands as '3P' standing for People, Peace and Progress. NMF believes that there will be no endearing sustainable peace without development and there will be no development without people who stands together for Peace. Throughout history, music has always been a significant force in the culture and life of Nepalese people. It has been a force that has brightened lives, created social change, and united the country. NEPAL MUSIC FESTIVAL believes together in a celebration of People, Peace, and Progress an opportunity for all. Namaste !
